    Vee's Salad

    List of Ingredients




    1-1/2 cups uncooked elbow or other macaroni
    2/3 cup diced celery [note: I also keep a supply of diced celery in the
    freezer]
    1/4 cup sliced green onions [hey, I just took a medium regular onion and
    minced it in my mincer thingy]
    3 radishes, sliced [didn't have any]
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1 tablespoon vinegar
    1 teaspoon prepared mustard
    1/2 teaspoon celery seeds [darn, I didn't even think of that!]
    2 cans (4-12/ ounces each) shrimps, drained and rinsed [or see below!]

    Now, I think what you should do is just get a package of hot dogs out,
    mix up the above and judge for yourself just how many of them you should
    slice up to make the right combination.

    As ususal, add salt and pepper to taste, combine all of the above and
    refrigerate it for a couple hours or overnight to blend the flavors.

    I can't say that it cooled down the house this evening but I can say
    that it tasted pretty good, everything considering .
