Well since someone posted one similar to a board I figured this should go up. However this one has been being made for 60 some odd years. I would suggest toasting the bread

Apple Peanut Butter Cheese Sandwich


1 sweet apple sliced very very thin [the board recipe suggested shredded fine to medium]

Mix fruit into 1/2 to 1 cup peanut butter

Mix enough mayonnaise into the mixture to
make a moist spread.

Use the mixture topped with a good serving
of sliced cheese of your choice
