    Grilled Chicken Burger/ Mango Mustard

    List of Ingredients




    For Burgers:

    1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
    1 tablespoon curry powder
    3 tablespoons Carol Hall's Mango Pear Chutney
    3 tablespoons finely chopped Italian parsley
    1 large egg, beaten
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/4 lb. ground raw chicken
    6 split kaiser rolls or hamburger buns


    For Mango Mustard:

    1/3 cup sour cream
    1 tablespoon brown mustard
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1 tablespoon Carol Hall's Mango Pear Chutney

    For the burgers, combine bread crumbs, curry powder, chutney, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add the ground chicken and press the mixture together with your hands. Shape into 6 patties and chill for 20 minutes. These take about 15 minutes on the grill.
    To make the mango mustard, combine the sour cream, mustard, and chutney in a medium bowl. Using a whisk, stir to combine. Add the oil a little bit at a time, beat well after each addition until all of the oil has been used and the mixture is fluffy.

    Serve burgers on split rolls with mango mustard and garnish with strips of grilled red pepper. Serves 6.
