The Extra Virgin Dipping Sauce
List of Ingredients
3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
freshly ground black pepper to taste
Recipe
Mix all ingredients.
VARIATIONS ON ABOVE:
1. Eliminate mustard, add Juice of 1/2 lemon; 1 tablespoon dried herb choice of thyme, oregano, savory, ground rosemary.
(If desired) sprinkle red pepper
flakes.
2. Eliminate mustard, add 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese.
3. Eliminate mustard, add curry powder, to taste.
