    Broccoli Cheese Soup

    Broccoli Cheese Soup
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    1 stick butter
    1 package (24 ounces) broccoli, chopped
    3 cans chicken broth
    1 half pint of whipping cream
    2 lbs. Kraft American cheese (in blue box)

    Sauté onion in butter, cook broccoli in chicken broth, mix together with whipping cream, add cheese a slice at a time stirring until cheese is melted. Can be frozen, defrosted and served again.
