2 CLOVES GARLIC DICED
SALT AND PEPPER TO YOUR TASTE
1 HEAPING TABLESPOON FLOUR
FRY MEAT IN OIL TILL BROWN . ADD FLOUR STIR TILL MEAT
IS COATED ADD SPICES . LAYER ONIONS , TOMATOES . AND JALAPENOES ADD 1 1/2 CUP WATER . COOK TILL TENDER AND GRAVY TURNS BROWN .
MAKE TACOS WITH CORN TORTILLAS OR FLOUR FRESH SALSA
1 CAN MILD ROTEL
1 SMALL CAN TOMATO SAUCE
1 CLOVE GARLIC
SALT
PINCH CELENTRO
2 DRIED JALP PEPPERS
PUT IN BLENDER .
POUR IN BOWL ADD 1 FRESH TOMATO DICED
1/2 ONION DICED AND GARNISH WITH CELANTRO YOU CAN USE FRESH LETTUCE THIN SLICED AND TOMATOES AND ONIONS DICED TO TACOS ALSO USE SOUR CREAM .
TACO MEAT
2 POUNDS GROUND MEAT
1 BELL PEPPER DICED
1 TSP CUMIN
2 GARLIC CLOVES DICED
2 TABLESPOON CHILI POWDER
SALT AND PEPPER TO YOUR TASTE
1 HEAPING TABLES SPOON FLOUR
1 CAN MILD ROTEL
BROWN MEAT ADD SPICES. ADD FLOUR TILL GREASE IS
BLENDED WITH MEAT . ADD ROTEL AND 1 CAN WATER SIMMER.
MEAT SHOULD BE MOIST . MAKE TACOS OR USE LIKE HAMBURGER
