Cauliflower with Egg Batter
List of Ingredients
1 large cauliflower
2 cups flour
2 cups extra virgin olive oil
3 eggs, well beaten
Recipe
Boil cauliflower until tender. DO NOT OVERCOOK. When cooked, cool and cut in medium pieces. Dip in flour and eggs, then fry pieces in hot olive oil until golden brown.
Serves 5.
Cauliflower can be served as a vegetable with meats or as appetizer.1
