    Devilish Dilled Green Beans

    List of Ingredients




    DEVILISH DILLED GREEN BEANS
    based on a recipe from Martha Stewart Living


    2-1/2 cups water
    2-1/2 cups apple cider vinegar
    3 Tbsp. coarse salt
    3 Tbsp. sugar

    1-1/2 lbs. string beans
    4 cloves garlic
    1 large bunch fresh dill
    2 tsp. red pepper flakes

    Bring water, vinegar, salt and sugar to boil. Clean beans.
    Wash dill. Clean 2 large jars thoroughly. Place 1/2 of the dill in
    each jar, along with 2 cloves of garlic and 1 tsp. (more or less to
    taste) of pepper flakes. Stack green beans in jars. Pour liquid
    over top and cover. Good for two weeks in refrigerator.

    Note: This is a refrigerator recipe only. For longer storage, please
    follow safe canning procedures.
