    Genie's Corn Souffle

    List of Ingredients




    Corn Souffle

    2 (15.25 ounce) cans whole kernel corn
    2 (14.75 ounce) cans cream style corn
    4 tblsp sugar
    4 tblsp all-purpose flour
    4 tblsp milk
    4 eggs, beaten

    Recipe




    Combine the corn, creamed corn, sugar, flour, milk and eggs. Mix well. Pour into a 2 quart flat baking dish that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours in a preheated 350 degree oven.

    The last time I made the Corn Souffle, I was out of canned whole kernel corn, so substituted Mexi-corn and it was great.
