Oven Roasted Potatoes
List of Ingredients
Serves 4
8 red potatoes
2 Tsp. walnut or olive oil
2 Tsp. freshly chopped parsley
salt and ground black pepper
Recipe
Wash potatoes and cut into thick squares, mix all other ingredients in a bowl or a ziploc bag and add potatoes. Mix well and place on a cooking tray. Cook in preheated oven of 325 degrees F for 15 - 20 minutes and stir occasionally to prevent burning. They should be golden brown.
