Sliced Tomatoes with Mozzarella/ Basil
List of Ingredients
3 ripe tomatoes, thinly sliced
a handful of fresh basil leaves
freshly made mozzarella, thinly sliced
extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp. capers
freshly ground pepper to taste
Recipe
Arrange alternate layers of tomatoes, whole basil leaves, and cheese on serving plate. Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle on the capers and top off with a few turns of the
pepper mill.
