40 garlic wings
List of Ingredients
2 1/2 pounds wings, trimmed and separated
3/4 cup olive oil
40 cloves whole and peeled
1/4 teaspoon rosemary
1/4 teaspoon thyme
2 tablespoons Pernod
French Bread, to be eaten with the wings Recipe
Heat oven to 425 degrees
Place all ingredients in casserole, tossing to coat evenly
Cover and bake one hour
Transfer to platter and serve
