Beer Burner Wings
List of Ingredients
Hot. Hot. HOT! The extra butter in the recipe doesn't help. These little $h!#$ are HOT! Don't touch any mucous membranes for at least a week.

2 1/2 pounds wings, trimmed and separated
1/4 cup Tabasco or other hot sauce
3/4 stick butter/margarine
3/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 cup beer
oil for deep frying Recipe
In a saucepan, melt butter. Add hot sauce, beer, pepper flakes and cayenne pepper to melted butter.
Heat frying oil to medium high and deep fry wings until brown and crisp, 10 to 15 minutes. Drain on a paper towel.
Put wings in saucepan, and toss to coat evenly. Transfer to platter and serve
