Brie's "Famous" Hot Wings
List of Ingredients
5 lb bag frozen chicken wings
1 lb butter
12 oz. your favorite Louisiana-style hot sauce
Recipe
Line a baking sheet with foil (for easier clean-up). Spray with cooking spray. Put first batch of frozen wings on, lightly spray & bake them according to directions on bag. In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat & add the hot sauce. Heat thru and whisk to blend together. When the wings come out of the oven, dip them in the sauce & keep warm (I have a electric slow cooker with settings from 1-5 & keep in on 1) After all of the wings are baked, pour the rest of the sauce over them & keep warm until ready to serve.
