    Busha Browne's Reggae Wings

    List of Ingredients




    3lb Chicken wings
    1/4 cup Best quality vegetable oil
    1 Small onion, chopped
    1 Fresh large lime or lemon, juiced
    2tbsp Soy sauce
    1/4 cup Busha Browne's Spicy Jerk Sauce
    2 tbsp. Escallions, finely chopped

    Recipe



    Place wings in a bowl. Blend all ingredients and pour over wings. Marinate for 24-48 hours in the refrigerator. Grill the wings, basting with marinade for 20 minutes, cooking slowly and evenly until juices run clear. Serve piping hot with either of Busha Browne's Chutneys. Serves 4-6.
