Dijon Wings 2

Monseiur Dijon was a legendary member of the French's Resistance against the Nazi occupation forces in his homeland during WW2. This recipe, which uses many food items from his farm, was created by his sister, Madame Poupon. It is authentic in every way. Trust me. [Phil's note: SNORT]
16 wings
1 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1 cup ketchup
1/3 cup water
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
Makin' It:
Place the wings in a single layer in a large shallow baking pan and bake at 400* for 10 minutes. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over wings, coating thoroughly. Reduce the oven heat to 350* and bake 30 minutes more, basting occasionally with the pan sauces.
