    Ellen Taube's Lowfat Wings

    Like I was saying earlier, lowfat isn't entirely accurate, but if you're out to avoid all that frying, this is the way to go

    2 1/2 pounds wings, trimmed and separated
    2 teaspoons margarine
    4-5 tablespoons Tabasco, or other hot sauce

    Recipe



    Put wings on broiling rack and broil until browned and cooked through (about 20 minutes)
    In a saucepan, melt butter. Add hot sauce to melted butter. After mixing the butter/hot sauce, lower heat.
    Put wings in saucepan, and toss to coat evenly. Transfer to platter and serve
