    Featherweight Wings

    List of Ingredients




    Yield: 4 servings
    Frank's® Original RedHot® Cayenne Pepper Sauce 9-5/8 tbsp
    Vegetable oil 13/16 tbsp
    Cornstarch 1-3/16 tsp
    Chicken broth 6-3/8 tbsp
    Chicken wings, thawed 4 lb

    1. Combine cornstarch with chicken broth. Bring remaining chicken stock to a boil. Add cornstarch mixture, RedHot and oil. Marinate wings in RedHot mixture. Spray 4 sheet pans with oil and bake at 400 degrees F for 30 minutes. Turn and bake another 30 minutes or until golden brown.

    2. TIP: Use for a lower fat alternative to regular wings.
