    Frank's Hickory Smoked Wings

    List of Ingredients




    Chicken wings 4 lb
    Frank's® Original RedHot® Cayenne Pepper Sauce 3/8 qt

    1. Marinate wings in FRANK'S® Original REDHOT® Cayenne Pepper Sauce for 3 hours.

    2. Place wings in a hickory wood smoker and smoke at 225° - 235°F for 2 hours.

    3. Hold hot for service or chill and reheat in a fryer or hot convection oven.
