    List of Ingredients




    2 pounds wings
    1 can (20 ounce) pineapple chunks, drained, juice reserved
    1 package instant meat marinade
    2 tablespoons soy sauce
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tablespoon chopped parsley
    2 tablespoons salad oil
    1 green pepper, cut in chunks and parboiled 5 minutes

    Makin' It:
    Thoroughly blend the instant meat marinade and 2/3 cup of the reserved pineapple juice in a measuring cup. Blend in the soy sauce, garlic and parsley. Marinate the wings, turning to coat, and refrigerate for several hours. Drain the wings, reserving the marinade. Add the salad oil to the marinade and blend. Skewer the wings, alternating them with pineapple and pepper chunks. Brush with the reserved marinade and grill about 6 inches above coals for 15 to 20 minutes, turning and basting several times.
