    Habanero-Mustard-Washabi Wings

    List of Ingredients




    1 kg Chicken wings

    Marinade:
    1 dl Soy sauce (Kikkoman or other Japanese)
    1 dl Lime juice
    1 ts Liquid Smoke
    0,5 dl Habanero juice (fresh)
    1 tb Washabi
    3 tb Dijon mustard (or other hot mustard)
    1 ts Coriander seeds
    0,5 dl Olive oil

    Recipe



    Remove the stems from the habanero (100 g) and use a juicemaker
    to make fresh habanero juice.

    Grind the coriander seeds.

    Mix all marinade ingredients and cover the wings with marinade.

    Marinate the wings for 8 - 12 hours.

    Grill the wings until the skin gets crispy but not burnt.
