Habanero Hot Black Currant Wings
List of Ingredients
1 kg Chicken wings
Marinade:
3 dl Back currant syrup
1,5 dl Cider vinegar
1 dl Oil
3/4 dl Soy sauce (Kikkoman or other Japanese)
3 tb Thyme, fresh (or substitute with 1 1/2 tb dry thyme)
1 ts Habanero - fresh, pureed
Recipe
Mix the marinade and cover the wings with marinade.
Marinate the wings for 6 - 12 hours.
Grill the wings until the skin gets crispy but not burnt.
Enjoy with or without your favorite dip.
Freeze leftover marinade an use later for another batch of wings.
