    Heavenly Wings

    List of Ingredients




    Recipe By : Adapted from Dr. Atkins' New Diet Cookbook

    1 1/2 pounds chicken wings
    1 cup Tamari soy sauce
    4 packets sweetener
    1/2 cup white wine (or water)
    2 cloves garlic -- mashed
    1/4 cup oil
    1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

    Recipe



    Wash wings and pat dry. Cut pieces at joints discarding wing tips. Combine
    remaining ingredients in small bowl. Place wings in shallow baking dish,
    careful not to crowd. Pour sauce on wings. Marinade overnight in refrig.
    Leave marinade in pan and bake wings at 325 degrees F. (163 degrees C.) for 1
    1/2 hours.

    NOTES : Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. (163 degrees C.) just * prior* to
    baking. (Wings must marinade overnight prior to baking).
