    Herb and Garlic Wings

    List of Ingredients




    1 kg Chicken wings

    Marinade:
    1,5 dl Cider vinegar
    1 dl Soy sauce (japanese)
    1 dl Oil
    1 tb Sage, fresh (or substitute with 1/2 tb dry sage)
    1 tb Oregano, fresh (or substitute with 1/2 tb dry oregano)
    1 tb Thyme, fresh (or substitute with 1/2 tb dry thyme)
    1 ts Peppermint, fresh (or substitute with 1/2 tb dry peppermint)
    0,5 ts Hops, fresh (or dry)
    4 Garlic cloves

    Recipe



    Mince all the fresh herbs.
    Mix the marinade and cover the wings with marinade.
    Marinate the wings for 6 - 12 hours.
    Grill the wings until the skin gets crispy but not burnt.
    Enjoy with or without your favorite dip.

    Freeze leftover marinade an use later for another batch of wings.
