Honey Garlic Ginger Wings
List of Ingredients
2 1/2 pounds wings trimmed and separated
1/2 cup soy sauce
5 tablespoons honey
3/4 cup water
6 cloves garlic
2 teaspoons ginger
vegetable oil for stir frying
Recipe
Mix soy sauce, honey and water in small bowl
Heat wok or skillet, add a little oil and sautee garlic and ginger. Add wings and fry until browned on the outside.
Add soy sauce mix and simmer all ingredients. Cover and simmer until cooked through, stirring occasionally
Once cooked through, remove lid and increase heat to reduce sauce.
Transfer to platter and serve
