HotChili-Mike's Apple & Jalapeno Wings
List of Ingredients
2 kg Chicken wings
Marinade:
2 dl Apple juice concentrate
2 dl Soy sauce (Kikkoman or other Japanese)
0,5 dl Apple cider vinegar
0,3 dl Liquid Smoke
0,5 dl Jalapeno juice (fresh)
1 tb Honey
1 dl Olive oil
Recipe
Remove the stems from the jalapeno (100 g) and use a juicemaker
to make fresh jalapeno juice.
Mix all marinade ingredients and cover the wings with marinade.
Marinate the wings for 8 - 12 hours.
Grill the wings until the skin gets crispy but not burnt.
