Marinade:
1 dl strong Coffe (espresso)
1 dl Whiskey
1 dl Date syrup
0,5 dl Soy sauce (Kikkoman or other Japanese)
0,5 dl Lime juice
25 g Smoked Habanero
2 ts Cumin
0,5 dl Olive oil
Recipe
Grind the smoked habanero and the cumin.
Mix with the other marinade ingredients.
Marinate the wings for 6 - 12 hours.
Grill the wings until the skin gets crispy but not burnt.
