    Hot Rum & Tomato Wings

    List of Ingredients




    2 kg Chicken wings

    Marinade:

    2 dl Dark Rum
    1 dl Lime juice
    1 dl Tomato purée
    1 dl Soy sauce (Kikkoman or other Japanese)
    50 g Chipotle
    1 tb Thyme (fresh)
    1 ts Cumin
    1 ts Sesame oil
    1 dl Olive oil



    Recipe



    Mix all marinade ingredients in a food processor (with the
    steel blade) and cover the wings with marinade.

    Marinate the wings for 8 - 12 hours.

    Grill the wings until the skin gets crispy but not burnt.
