    Italian Hot Wings

    List of Ingredients




    Olive oil 3-3/16 tbsp
    Garlic, chopped 1-5/8 tbsp
    Frank's® Original RedHot® Cayenne Pepper Sauce 9-5/8 tbsp
    Italian seasoning 3/8 tsp
    Butter, melted/Olive oil 3-3/16 tbsp
    Chicken wings, thawed 4 lb


    1. Sauté, lightly browning garlic in oil.
    2. Add REDHOT Sauce, seasoning and additional butter/oil.
    3. Deep-fry chicken at 350°F for 12 to 14 minutes until crispy brown. Drain well.
    4. Add to sauce and toss well to coat chicken wings. Keep warm.
    5. Serve with bleu cheese dip and celery sticks.
