Jalapeno Mustard Wings
List of Ingredients
1 kg Chicken wings
Marinade:
2 dl Jalapeno juice (made from fresh red jalapenos)
1 dl Soy sauce (Kikkoman or other Japanese)
1 dl Dijon mustard
0,5 dl Cider vinegar
1 tb Liquid Smoke
2 tb Sage (fresh)
0,5 dl Olive oil
Recipe
Remove the stems from the red jalapeno (400 g) and use a
juicemaker to make fresh jalapeno juice.
Mix all marinade ingredients in a food processor and cover
the wings with marinade.
Marinate the wings for 8 - 12 hours.
Grill the wings until the skin gets crispy but not burnt.
