    Japanese Chicken Wings

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup soy sauce
    1/2 cup sake
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
    1 garlic clove -- crushed
    1 1/2 teaspoons ginger -- grated fresh

    Recipe




    Cut 2 lb. chicken wings into the 3 parts. Discard the tips.

    Mix: Pour over chicken wings and marinate at least 1 hour. Can be made 24 hours ahead. Grill wings over medium coals until done, approx 45 minutes. Serve warm or cold
