    Korean Chicken Wings

    List of Ingredients




    Preparation Time 45
    Sauce
    1 cup soy sauce
    12 Tablespoons sugar
    2 or 3 cloves minced garlic
    4-5 Tsp sesame seeds
    4-5 Tsp dried chives
    sprinkle of red crushed peppers (to desired hotness)

    Recipe



    Mix sauce ingredients all together and stir well to dissolve sugar.
    Let sit to allow flavors to mingle. *sometimes I micro the soy & sugar
    half a minute or so to dissolve sugar better.

    Fry 1kg of chicken wings Dip them in flour, brown and cook until done.
    Then stir sauce again and dip cooked wings in it one or two times. Good
    hot or cold.
