Lemon and Black Pepper Wings with Cream
List of Ingredients
1 kg Chicken wings
Marinade:
1.5 dl Oil
1 dl Soy sauce (japanese)
Juice from 2 Lemons
Rind from 2 lemons (grated)
2 tb Black Pepper (freshly ground)
2 tb Butter for frying
Sauce:
1 tb Butter
1 tb Flour
3 dl Cream
half of the Marinade
Recipe
Mix the marinade and cover the wings with marinade.
Marinate the wings for 6 - 12 hours.
Fry the wings in butter until the skin gets crispy but not burnt.
To make the sauce:
After you have fried the wings, add 1 tb butter to the butter in your frying pan and
let it melt, add 1 tb flour and stir. Add half of the marinade and 3 dl thick cream
stir and simmer 5 minutes.
Serve with fried potatoes or pommes frites
