    Maggie the Springer's Wings

    List of Ingredients




    Buy a bunch of chicken wings. Preheat oven to 425 or 450. Foil cover one, two or even three 9 X 13" pans that have sides at least an inch high. Rinse and pat the wings dry. Place wings on foil covered pans. Dust one side of the chicken wings with a combination of your favorite herbs and spices, e.g. garlic powder, chili powder, paprika, salt, pepper, etc. Experiment! I usually use chili powder, garlic powder and paprika. Place the wings in the oven for 1/2 hour or so (depends on the oven). Take the wings out after about 1/2 hour and drain fat off, turning the wings. Redust the wings with your combination of spices and herbs. Cook the wings another 1/2 hour or so. Drain wingson paper towel and serve. I normally serve the wings from a paper towel lined basket.
