    Marinated Wings

    No matter what you marinate it's important to always use a liquid with an
    acidic base, as we do here with the pineapple juice. It helps the flavors
    penetrate the meat. Also, use a freezer bag to do your marinating in...

    2 pounds wings
    1 cup worcestershire sauce
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1/4 cup pineapple juice
    1/4 cup honey
    1 scallion, chopped, for garnish

    Recipe



    Mix the sauces, pineapple juice, and honey in a large bowl. Add the wings
    and toss to coat. Refrigerate 4 to 6 hours, turning occasionally. Drain,
    reserving marinade, and bake the wings for 45 minutes at 350*, basting often
    with the marinade.
