Marty Minor's SUPREME Buffalo Wing Sauce

    List of Ingredients

Here is a recipe I have perfected over the years. It has not only the
needed "heat", but excellent flavor and texture also!!

I usually cook up 12 wings at a time, as follows:

Wash wings and separate. Throw away "tips".

Beat up 1 eggs till very foamy. Dip wings in this till fully covered,
then put them in flour till fully covered, and flour fully absorbs the
egg on the wings. Set aside for approx 10 minutes.

Get your fryer going, with temp at approx 370 degrees. I have found
regular Crisco corn oil the best.

To make sauce (this is the best part!!):

Get a pan and melt 1 stick of any type of margarine till fully melted.
After melted, add 1 full bottle of Goya Hot Sauce (16oz) (much better
than Durkee). If you can't find Goya, Durkee will suffice.

To this mixture ad 1/2 bottle of Tabasco sauce.
Add 6 yellow chile peppers, whole.
Add 3 1/2 Habanero peppers, dried or fresh, whole.
    Add 1/4 teaspoon basil.
Add 3 cloves of garlic, whole and peeled.
Add 4 tablespoons cheap maple syrup.

Let mixture cook approx 3 minutes on med high, then put in blender.

Process until completely smooth. Pour back into pan and cook approx 20
    minutes, stirring frequently.

During this whole time, fry your wings until completely done (approx 25
minutes). You will know that they are done when the fizzing from frying
    subsides.

Take them out and let dry on paper towels.

After they are dry, dip each one twice in sauce mixture.

Use Marias blue cheese to dip.

You will find this sauce "MINT"!!!!!!!

When people ask, please tell them it is "Marty Minor's Supreme Buffalo
    Wing Sauce"!!!
