Mexican Corn Chip Wings
List of Ingredients
1/2 cup corn oil
1/4 cup chili powder
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon ground cumin
12 ounces tortilla corn chips
1 pound wings

Makin' It:
Whisk together the oil, chili powder, oregano and cumin, blending well. Pulverize the tortilla chips in a food processor and pour into another bowl. Dip the chicken in the seasoned oil, then dredge in the corn chips until coated. Bake on a foil-lined baking sheet for 45 minutes at 350* until browned and crisp outside and tender inside.
