    Mr. Food's Honey Dijon Wings

    List of Ingredients




    10 lb Fresh or frozen chicken
    - wings, thawed, if frozen
    1/3 c Hot pepper sauce
    1 c Dijon-style mustard or other
    - prepared mustard
    1 1/2 c Honey

    Recipe



    Preheat the oven to 425¡F. Split the wings at
    each joint and discard the tips; rinse then pat dryg Place the wings
    on cookie sheets and bake for 30 minutes. Turn the wings and bake for
    30 more minutes, until brourn. Drain wed and place in a large bowl.
    In NOTE: If you want to make these a bit hotter ax an addifional 1/3
    cup hot pepper sause. Know what's really great about these? You can
    bake the plain wings ahead of time and store then) in the Friday or
    freezer; then, before serving, simply warm them in th
