New Years Eve 97 Wing Sauce

After many tries a perfecting a great wing sauce it finally happened.

In a medium sauce pan melt 1 stick of butter

Add the following and bring to a boil, then simmer for 30 minutes

18 oz bottle of KC Masterpiece Original Barbaque sauce
2 - 12 oz bottles Crystal Hot Sauce
1 - 6oz can Contadina Italian Style Tomato Paste
1 - Teaspoon of sugar (heaping)
1 - Level tablespoon of Red Cayenne

Recipe



Stir occasionally, pour liberally over deep fried or oven baked wings.

For Extra HOT Sprinkle " Jamaica Hell Fire" doc's special sauce over
individual wings.
