    Pain in the Ass Habanero Wings

    List of Ingredients

    1 kg Chicken wings

    Marinade:
    2 dl Habanero juice - fresh (400 - 450 g fresh habanero)
    0,5 dl Cider vinegar
    1 dl Olive oil
    50 g Cilantro
    2 tb Honey
    1 tb Shrimp paste
    1 tb Liquid Smoke
    1 ts Cumin


    Recipe

    Remove the stems from the habanero and use a juicemaker to make
    fresh habanero juice.

    Mix the marinade in a food processor (with the steel blade) and
    cover the wings with marinade. Marinate the wings for 12 - 24 hours.

    Grill the wings until the skin gets crispy but not burnt.

    Enjoy with or without your favorite dip.


    WARNING:
    These wings are really hot!
    Wash your hands with alcohol after you have eaten the wings!
    Don't touch your eyes or ANY tender areas before you have washed your hands with alcohol! [THAT INCLUDES wiping in the toilet. IF You got to go use the Alcohol first] It will burn for hours.
