    Parmesan Horseradish Wings

    List of Ingredients




    2 lbs - Chicken Wings - 1 kg
    1 Cup - Plain Yogurt - 250 ml
    4 tbsp - Lemon juice, fresh or bottled - 60 ml
    4 tbsp - Prepared Mustard - 60 ml
    1/2 tbsp - Prepared horseradish - 8 ml
    1/2 tbsp - Garlic powder - 8 ml
    1/2 tbsp - Ground Thyme - 8 ml
    2/3 cup - Dry fine bread crumbs - 150 ml
    1 2/3 cup - Grated Parmesan cheese - 400 ml
    1 tsp - Salt - 5 ml

    Recipe



    1. Mix first 6 ingredients in a bowl.

    2. Mix bread crumbs and cheese in second bowl.

    3. If using whole wings, discard tips and cut wings apart at the joint. Stir to coat.
    Marinate in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours or longer. Remove from marinade, drain,
    roll in cheese mixture and place on greased foil lined tray. Bake in 350°F (180°C)
    oven for about 45 minutes until tender. Serve hot. Makes about 24 pieces of whole
    wings.
