    Peking Citrus Wings

    List of Ingredients




    Chicken wings 4 lb
    Sugar 1-1/3 c
    Orange juice 10-2/3 tbsp
    Lime juice 5-1/3 tbsp
    Lemon juice 5-1/3 tbsp
    Frank's® RedHot® Buffalo Wing Sauce 1-1/3 c

    1. Season wings and roast until skin is crispy, or deep-fry 12 to 14 minutes.
    2. Place juices and sugar in saucepan; simmer until a syrup forms; let cool.
    3. Mix syrup and wing sauce. Add chicken and toss to coat well. Make extra sauce to serve on the side for dipping sauce.
