    ABOUT 2lbs wings-tips removed(USE ANOTHER TIME FOR BROTH) brown in wok add 1/2 c peanut oil,3tbs oyster sauce,3 sl fresh ginger,1 1/2-2 tbs soy sauce,1 tbs sugar, 1tbs white wine vinegar,and ic chicken broth. cook uncovered til liquid gone. continue to crust chicken or transfer to bbq grille not easy or fast but---it is good. real chinese taste my wife is filipino and she learned it from a chinese freind if hers in the philippines
