    Radar's Grilled Wings

    List of Ingredients




    From: Radar
    This is a great recipe for outdoor cooking. However, THE WINGS MUST
    SWIM IN THE SAUCE BEFORE GRILLING FOR MAXIMUM POTENCY.

    Wings to get..........

    3-5lbs of pre-cut wings. Preferably skinless.

    Sauce.

    1. 6oz. melted butter/margarine.
    2. 6oz. Louisiana Hot Sauce
    3. 1tbsp. garlic powder
    4. 1tbsp ground cayenne pepper
    5. 1oz Lea & Perrins worcester sauce
    6. 1tbsp Liquid Smoke
    7. 1oz ketchup
    8. 2oz Habanero-based pepper sauce (I prefer either Yucatan Sunshine, or
    Hot Bitch At The Beach brand sauces). More if you like it.

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients in blender until smooth and consistent.

    Carefully dip thawed-out wings in the mix until coated, and lay in a pan
    or a cookie sheet. Cover until ready to grill.

    Place on medium heat of gas grill, or near (but not on top of) coals.
    You may also use mesquite chunks for an outdoor flavor. Turn at 5
    minutes. 5 minutes later, turn, and brush wings with more sauce.
    Repeat this once more.
