Really Hot Orange & Raspberry Wings
List of Ingredients
2 kg Chicken wings
Marinade:
2 dl Orange juice concentrate
1 dl Raspberry juice (fresh made from 200 g raspberries)
1 dl Soy sauce (Kikkoman or other Japanese)
1 dl Habanero juice (fresh made from 200 g habanero)
1 dl Olive oil
Recipe
Remove the stems from the habanero (200 g) and use a juicemaker
to make fresh habanero juice.
Make also 1 dl fresh raspberry juice from 200 g raspberries.
Mix all marinade ingredients and cover the wings with marinade.
Marinate the wings for 8 - 12 hours.
Grill the wings until the skin gets crispy but not burnt.
