    Sesame Wings 2

    List of Ingredients

My wife, Carroll, who doesn't get much time in the kitchen because I'm always
fussing around in there, always makes two batches of toasted sesame seeds
whenever a recipe calls for them. The first batch she always burns. I think
it's some kind of religious thing.

    12 wings
    1/2 cup flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    salt
    freshly ground pepper
    1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
    1/2 cup toasted sesame seeds
3 tablespoons butter at room temperature

    Recipe

    Makin' It:

Toss the wings with the flour. Season the beaten eggs with salt and pepper to
taste, and dredge the wings in the egg wash. Combine the bread crumbs and sesame
seeds in a bowl and roll the wings around in this mixture until they're coated.
Arrange the wings in a buttered baking dish, dot with remaining butter and bake
at 375* for about 50 minutes, turning once, until the skin is crisp.
