    Smoky Mullberry Wings

    List of Ingredients




    1 kg Chicken wings

    Marinade:
    2.5 dl Mullberry syrup
    0.5 dl Cider vinegar
    1 dl Olive oil
    50 gr Chipotle
    1 Onion - medium size
    1 tb Shrimp paste
    1 ts Cumin



    Recipe



    Remove the stems from the chipotle and put all ingredients in a
    food processor and mix it with the steel blade until you have a
    smooth and rather thick marinade.

    Cover the wings with the marinade and marinate for 6 - 12 hours.

    Pick the wings out of the marinade (a rather thick layer of
    marinade shall be left on the wings) and arrange them in a single
    layer in a greased baking dish.

    Bake the wings at 225 degrees Celsius(!) for 40-45 minutes or
    until done through.
