    Sweet Spicy Wings

    List of Ingredients




    You can make two batches of the
    sauce and use one as a marinade before grilling the chicken;
    then pour the second batch over the chicken after it is
    grilled. It is not mandatory to do it this way, just better!

    6 pounds chicken wings
    1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle Louisiana-style hot sauce
    3/4 cup butter
    1/2 pound honey
    1 pinch garlic salt
    1 pinch ground black pepper
    1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper

    Recipe



    1 Grill the chicken (you can deep fry or bake the chicken
    instead if you want to, but it is best when grilled).
    2 Combine the hot sauce, butter or margarine, honey,
    garlic salt, ground black pepper and cayenne pepper. Pour the
    sauce mixture into a medium size skillet and simmer for 10
    minutes. Pour the sauce over the grilled chicken wings and serve.
