Toni's Hawaiian Chicken Wings
List of Ingredients
Chicken wings:
Cut off wing tip and remove the bones of the next section of the wing with a fillet knife, scraping and pushing all the meat to the "drumstick" end of the wing. Now you have a little bone to hold with all the wing meat in a clump at the
end.
Marinate for 1 hour in:
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon msg (always optional)
1 teaspoon fresh ginger finely minced,almost a juice
1 clove garlic, finley minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 Ttablespoons sherry, vodka or gin
Recipe
This is a very thin batter, coat with, then deep fry:
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup water
