    Wild Wings

    List of Ingredients




    1 kg bag chicken wings
    100 g butter
    1 jar/bottle of your favourite spicy sauce
    several cloves of garlic crushed, depending on how much garlic you like

    Method
    In a small saucepan, put in the butter, hot sauce and garlic. Heat until
    the butter is melted. Keep it on low for about 20-30 min. You don't want
    it to simmer or boil, just to warm up. Cook all the wings on the grill
    (or in the oven) until they are just about ready to be eaten. Dip the
    wings in the prepared sauce and place back on grill for a few minutes.
    When done to your liking, place all wings in any remaining sauce, stir
    to coat and serve.
